Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel! The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, providing great comfort. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, making my experience enjoyable. The restaurant served delicious food, but I found the dinner options lacking. Overall, it's a wonderful place with a nice atmosphere, but there are some minor improvements to be made in the dining experience.
I had a great experience at this hotel during my stay in Arusha. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and I appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff. The dining options were fantastic with a delicious buffet for breakfast, although I could suggest that maybe they could extend breakfast service a bit earlier. Overall, the hotel offered good value for money, especially considering the amenities available.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, while the restaurant offered fantastic food at reasonable prices. The staff was accommodating and really made us feel welcome. However, there was a bit of confusion with the water system in the bathroom, which could be improved with clearer instructions. Overall, I definitely recommend this hotel for a great experience in Arusha.
The hotel has a stunning lobby with beautiful sculptures, but unfortunately, the rooms show significant signs of wear and tear. While the staff was helpful and accommodating, the overall experience was marred by issues like unpleasant smells and unclean amenities. If you're looking for a comfortable stay before your safari, this place has potential but definitely needs some improvements.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel as part of my Suricata Safari journey. The gardens and location were beautiful, and the rooms were comfortable, although the bathtub could use some maintenance. The bar prices were reasonable, and the breakfast was enjoyable, but dinner left something to be desired. The Wi-Fi was a bit of a hassle since I had to re-sign in each time I moved around the hotel.
